Both Dawn Ward and Leanne Brown are personal friends of Definition MD Paul Beswick
. whilst it looks like they only have time for the Champagne lifestyle, they are actually really health conscious and take their diet and exercise very seriously.
They have been working with Definition for over 12 months now and use the Lean Protein along with CLA and BCAAs, and whenever possible they follow a strict diet, which is extremely difficult given the business commitments that both have.
That said they fully understand the key to nutrition, small and often and plan their meals and shakes around their day. Dawn & Leanne now absolutely understand that that physical activity and proper nutrition go hand in hand to create a sexy sleek achievable physique.
